J & F’s Cottages are located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country only 1 mile from the Guadalupe River where you can enjoy kayaking, fishing and swimming during the warm Texas weather.
The cottages sit nestled in the beautiful oak trees of our privately owned 10 acres. Each one has a covered front porch where you can sit and watch the deer and wildlife in a peaceful atmosphere.
